ENVISION Senior Manager

The ENVISION Senior Manager plays a key management and technical expert role for the ENVISION project in supporting project implementation as described in the link below. ENVISION is an eight-year Cooperative Agreement through which RTI supports and expands NTD control and elimination, and furthers the development of evidence-based policies and standards globally. This position will be based in Washington DC or Research Triangle Park, NC, in RTI’s Global Health Division (within the International Development Group), and will report to the ENVISION Project Director.



Senior Manager, Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs)

RTI International is seeking qualified Senior Manager, Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) applicants for the International Development Group’s (IDG’s) Global Health Division (GHD). GHD currently has a staff of over 400 and work in over 25 countries.  GHD implements broad-based programs in infectious diseases --specifically Neglected Tropical Diseases, HIV, and Malaria--; Integrated Health; and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS). GHD’s NTD program portfolio currently comprises five projects, including USAID’s flagship ENVISION project; the USAID-funded HKI-led MMDP project; as well as efforts funded by the Queen Diamond Jubilee Trust Fund, Evidence Action, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The Senior Manager, NTDs will support program development and provide technical assistance to existing NTD programming, research and scientific stature, specifically non-ENVISION efforts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of global best practices as well as comprehensive programmatic experience across a variety of geographic and operational contexts.  This position will report to the Vice President, Global Health. The position will be based in either Washington D.C. or Research Triangle Park, N.C.
